performance ensemble

Performance Ensemble is an extracurricular program that stages original and innovative productions, original scripts, poetry, prose fiction and nonfiction, oral histories for campus and community audiences. Students learn how to make installation art, to consider and play with the avant-garde, use multi-media, and to use their own creative talents to produce work that makes people think, transform, analyze, and activate. Performance Ensemble creates work dedicated to cultivating social justice. Our performance scholarship interrogates, narrates, critiques, and offers visions and strategies for social change within an unjust world. We welcome new members at any time and encourage student creativity, participation, and input.
